Christine Teschl and ACDC Global Offer Hyperscratcher Technology for Oil Companies
ACDC Global Solutions offers innovative water treatment solutions, product enhancement technologies, and cooling technology to businesses. ACDC Global owner Christine Teschl understands the importance of offering products that are powerful yet also safe for the environment.
One of the many innovative products offered by ACDC Global Solutions is the Hyperscratcher. The Hyperscratcher is a multi-stage cleaning system that allows oil companies an economically viable means of well stimulation by cleaning the immediate interface between the production zone and invaded zone without forcing fluid into formation and changing its permeability. The Hyperscratcher was designed to increase oil and gas production and it operates with a spiral, 360-degree phase brush configuration.
The technology entails four main components including the jet alignment, the brush configuration, the filtering system, and the main body structure. There are no wash cups required in the operation of the Hyperscratcher. This translates into the fact that no fluid is forced into the formation. The top and bottom collars of the Hyperscratcher act as centralizers to allow the washing fluid to be displaced evenly.
The Hyperscratcher provides double coverage on all inner surfaces of the liner or casing, while the jet alignment provides a continuous washing. The filtering system consists of a four foot pup join, a 40 micron stainless steel strainer placed 30 feet above the tool, and a 30 micron stainless steel strainer located directly on top of the tool. With no additional tools needed, your existing tubing will do the job. The Hyperscratcher technology scratches and hyper washes in one trip, resulting in reduced rig time, which means more money for your business.
The Hyperscratcher is a proven efficiency technology, yielding a 100% successful track record at significantly increasing oil and gas production across 145 wells. On average, the Hyperscratcher’s typical increases are 250% on oil wells, 90% on gas wells, and 66% on disposal well efficiency.
